Self-Love: Treat yourself this Valentines February 14 2016

    Rose + Oatmeal are two very calming, anti-aging and healing ingredients that we LOVE to use on our skin! Oatmeal smoothes, softens and gently sloughs away dead skin cells. Rose is a great source of antioxidants and Vitamin C, making it a super potent anti-aging ingredient. Try this simple at home face mask when you need a quick boost, or once a week for maximum anti-aging benefits! It's a great way to treat yourself this Valentines weekend. 

    You will need:
    • 3 tbsp dried rose petals 
    • 3 tbsp rolled oats 
    • 1 tbsp local, organic honey 
    • Water, as needed (approx 1-2 tsp, or enough to form a runny paste) 
    1. Process the oats + rose into a fine powder. 
    2. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Add as much water as needed. 
    3. Apply evenly to the face. Let sit on the skin for minimum 15 minutes.
    Rinse your skin clean and apply remaining skincare products. Enjoy the glow!
