DIY Healing + Restorative Bath Soak January 10 2016



A great way to increase your bodies absorption of Magnesium (which helps your body produce its main source of energy and impacts at least 300 enzymes) is to soak in a warm Epsom salt bath. Magnesium is easily absorbed through the skin, and it's a great excuse to relax in the tub! This bath soak will help to relieve tension, stress, and sooth sore muscles. 

You will need:
  • Bathtub full of warm water 
  • 2 cups Epsom Salts 
  • Peppermint (dried or essential oil, as much as you'd prefer for aromatic benefits)
  • Optional: Oil of choice (for hydration)
