No Bake Gingerbread Bombs by Holistic Nutritionist Fran Allen December 22 2020
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 Tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 Tsp cardamom
- 1/2 cup hemp hearts
- 2 Tbsp molasses
Optional sugar coating
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tsp ginger powder
- To prepare, soak dates in hot water for 15 minutes to soften. Add oats and spices to a food processor and pulse until a fine powder forms.
- Add your dates and blend until combined. Then add hemp hearts and molasses.
- Roll into balls and dust with optional sugar coating.
- Chill these in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy! Store in fridge for up to one week!
